Florida, is one of four states with no-fault auto insurance. No-fault states have higher rates of fraud, which increases insurance rates in these states. Florida drivers pay the second highest rates in the country.

All Floridians benefit when citizens have a fair chance to seek justice in our state’s courts, and we are all made safer when large corporations and industries are held to a high ethical standard and accept responsibility for their actions. We raise our collective voices to defeat bad legislation and bring about the passage of legislation that protects Floridians. However, our fight continues as powerful corporate special interests continue to work to further limit average citizens’ ability to seek justice and access Florida’s courts.
